摘要
考察了食品科技类论文中物种拉丁学名的使用情况,对其中存在的问题进行了总结。结果发现,食品类科技期刊中物种拉丁学名的使用还不够规范,主要存在使用不规范和书写不规范等问题。
The paper studied the use conditions of Latin name of species in periodicals ot food science and technology in China, and summarized the problems existing in the periodicals. The results showed that the Latin names of species in periodicals of food science and technology were lack of specifications, and the main problems included use specification and writing specification.
