摘要
目的研究影响胫骨平台骨折手术治疗效果的相关因素。方法选择接受手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者138例，从手术日起对患者电话询问、门诊复查等方式进行跟踪随访，并参照Rasmussen膝关节功能评分和解剖学评分标准对患者术后关节面复位情况和关节功能的恢复进行评定。结果在所有的138例患者中有2例失访，随访率为98．6％，膝关节功能评分结果优87例、良21例、可16例、差12例，优良率为79．4％，进一步的分析显示：骨折类型、复位质量、术后并发症、术后锻炼情况是影响着关节功能的早期恢复和远期疗效的重要因素。结论影响胫骨平台骨折手术治疗效果的主要因素是骨折类型、复位质量、术后并发症、术后锻炼情况，通过提高关节面复位质量、术中正确处理合并伤情、术后预防各种并发症以及积极开展膝关节恢复锻炼可获得满意的疗效。
Objective To analyze the related factors that influenced the effects of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods 138 patients with tibial plateau fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital were chosen. The patients were followed up by telephone inquiries, outpatient reexamination and other ways. Rasmus- sen knee function score and anatomical scoring criteria were used to assess articular Surface conditions and restoration of joint function after operation. Results In all 138 patients,2 patients were lost,the follow-up rate was 98.5%. The knee function score results were excellent in 87 cases, good in 21 cases, fair in 16 cases and poor in 12 cases,the ex- cellent and good rate was 79.4%. Further analysis showed that fracture type, quality of reduction, postoperative com- plications, postoperative exercise were important factors affect the early recovery of joint function and long-term effica- cy. Conclusion The impact factors of tibial plateau fractures surgical treatment are fracture type, quality of reduc- tion, postoperative complications, postoperative exercise situation, by improving the articular surface quality, correctly handling merge intraoperative injuries, prevention of postoperative complications and actively carrying out the knee re- covery workout can get satisfactory results.
