后侧入路治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨膝关节后内侧入路和后外侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的疗效。方法采用后侧入路手术治疗22例胫骨平台后侧骨折患者,其中,10例行胫骨平台内侧治疗,9例行胫骨平台外侧治疗,3例患者行内外侧治疗,分析手术的疗效。结果 X线片显示,骨折处复合良好;膝关节功能评价:优13例,良7例,可2例,差0例,优良率为90.9%;伤口愈合良好,未发生感染、皮肤坏死、固定松动等。结论膝关节后内侧和后外侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折利于平台后侧骨折复位和固定,配合合适手术路径、技巧和恰当功能锻炼,可取得较好疗效。
