摘要
对某站原油外输管线的内腐蚀穿孔管段进行了取样分析,使用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱分析仪等设备对管子腐蚀形貌进行观察,发现腐蚀产物中有不同类型的羟基氧化铁以及FeCO3和FeS等,分析了导致管子电化学腐蚀穿孔的主要原因,对杂散电流和氯离子加速腐蚀穿孔的机制进行了深入的探讨,并对该类腐蚀防护提出了建议。
The internal corrosion pipe specimens cut from the crude oil pipeline were analyzed by using the optical microscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer and SEM energy spectrum analyzer. It was found that there existed different types of hydroxy iron oxide as well as FeCOa and FeS in the corrosion products. The main causes of the electrochemical corrosion perforation were discussed, and then the accelerated effect of stray electric current and chloride ion on the corrosion perforation mechanism was proposed, and further the protection methods against this kind of corrosion were put forward.
