白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨闭角型青光眼患者实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法将我院2009年1月~2013年1月住院进行手术治疗的闭角型青光眼患者50例(60眼)作为观察对象,全部患者均实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,比较患者术前及术后随访不同时间的视力恢复情况、眼压及前房深度的变化,并观察治疗期间发生的并发症情况。结果实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的50例闭角型青光眼患者,术后视力均较术前明显提高,其中视力≥0.5共30只眼,占50%,视力0.2~0.4合计25只眼,占41.7%,视力≤0.1合计5只眼,占8.3%。术后1d、1周及术后1个月、3个月的眼压分别较术前明显降低(P<0.05)。术后1周及术后3个月患者的前房深度分别较术前明显增加(P<0.05)。结论通过对闭角型青光眼患者行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后,患者的视力明显提高,眼压明显降低,且无明显不良反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation in treatment of angle-closure glaucoma. Methods In our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013, angle-closure glaucoma diagnosis and treatment of 50 patients (60 eyes), underwent phacoemulsification with intraocular lens im- plantation, preoperative and postoperative 1 day, after I week and after one month, three months of visual acuity, in- traocular pressure and anterior chamber depth changes were compared, and complications were observed during treat- ment. Results All patients had varying degrees of visual acuity improved visual acuity I〉 0.5 in which a total of 30 eyes (50%), visual acuity 0.2-0.4 total 25 eyes (41.7%), visual acuity ~〈 0.1 total 5 eyes, accounted for 8.3%. After one day and after one week and after one month, three months, respectively, lOP was significantly lower compared with the preoperative (P 〈 0.05). After 1 week and 3 months, the patient's front depths increased signif^cantly compared with the preoperative (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation for angle closure glaneoma can significantly improve the patient's visual acuity, IOP, and has fewer complications, worthy of promotion and application.
