布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿肺炎继发腹泻的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将2012年9月至2013年3月在医院住院治疗的新生儿肺炎继发腹泻患儿54例随机分为两组,治疗组28例,对照组26例,治疗组加用布拉氏酵母菌和蒙脱石散治疗,对照组加用蒙脱石散治疗。对两组继发腹泻的疗效以及止泻时间进行统计分析。结果:两组总有效率以及止泻时间均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组。结论:新生儿肺炎继发腹泻给予布拉氏酵母菌治疗,能显著提高疗效,可缩短腹泻的病程。
