摘要
目的 :开发新型表面修饰人工晶状体 ,以减少后囊混浊。方法 :13只猕猴分 3组 ,分别植入 PMMA IOL、 Pharmacia HSMIOL、氟 -肝素表面修饰 IOL。于术后 15、 30、 6 0、 90、 180天裂隙灯检查后囊混浊形成情况。术后 180天摘除眼球 ,光镜检查。结果 :后囊混浊于术后 30天形成 ,90天明显。术后 90、 180天实验组引起后囊混浊程度最轻。后囊混浊的病理变化有纤维内障、Elschnig小体、 Soemmerring s环。结论 :氟 -肝素表面修饰人工晶状体植入猕猴眼引起后囊混浊的程度轻 。
Posterior capsule opacification (PCO) may be reduced by newtype surface modified intraocular lenses (IOLs).Methods:13 monkeys were classified into 3 groups.Polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)IOLs,Pharmacia heparin surface modified(HSM) IOLs and F heparin surface modified IOLs were implanted into monkeys eyes respectively.Eyes were examined by slitlamp microscope at postoperative 15,30,60,90,180 days.The tissues of eyes were observed by light microscope at postoperative 180 days.Results:PCO occurred at 30 day and was obvious at 90 day postoperatively.The degree of PCO in experimental group was lower than that in the control groups at 90 and 180 day postoperatively.The types of morphological changes of PCO included fibrosis type,pearl type and soemmerrings ring.Conclusion:F heparin surface modified IOLs induced less dense PCO and possessed a better biocompatibility.
