摘要
以某住宅小区建筑设计为例,结合该小区的整体概况及面积指标,分析了小区的设计要素,分别对高层住宅、地下车库、交通组织、市政管网等设计方法进行了介绍,以期使建筑设计更加合理,从而为居民创造良好的生活环境。
Taking the building design of the residential community as an example, combining with its general conditions and area indicators, the article analyzes its design items, introduces the design methods of high-rise residential building, underground garage, traffic organization and mu- nicipal network and so on, with a view to make the building design more rational and to create better living environment for dwellers.
