循环加载下4种水门汀材料对玻璃纤维桩粘固性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较循环加载对Fuji I(FUI)、Fuji Cem(FUC)、RelyXTMUnicem(RXU)和RelyXTM ARC(RXA)4种水门汀材料与玻璃纤维桩的粘固性能影响。方法:选取80个新鲜拔除的无龋损单根管人前磨牙,常规根管充填和桩道预备后随机分为4组(n=20),分别用4种不同水门汀将直径为1.9 mm的玻璃纤维桩粘固于相应组的根管内;分别于循环加载前和循环加载10万次后检测各组粘结试件的拉出强度,扫描电镜(SEM)观察其粘结界面的微观形貌。结果:循环加载前各组的即刻拉出强度以RXA组最高(277.500±26.072)N,随后依次为RXU(218.570±12.366)N、FUC(104.300±23.112)N和FUI组(73.150±8.187)N,各组间两两相比P<0.05;循环加载后FUI、FUC组的拉出强度显著增高(P<0.05),RXA组拉出强度显著降低(P<0.05),RXU组变化不显著(P>0.05);SEM观察显示:循环加载前后FUI和FUC两组粘结界面较加载前更致密,而RXA和RXU两组较加载前更为松散。结论:不同水门汀材料对玻璃纤维桩的粘固性能存在显著差异,循环加载可增强FUI、FUC与玻璃纤维桩的粘结耐久性。 AIM: To study the bond strength of Fuji I (FUI), Fuji Cem (FUC), RelyXTM Unicem (RXU) and RelyXTM ARC (RXA) to glass fiber posts before and after cyclic loading. METHODS: 80 freshly extracted sound single-rooted-canal human premolars were used. After root canal treatment and post space preparation, they were randomly divided into 4 groups( n = 20). Then the 4 different cements were used respectively to bond fiber posts with the diameter of 1.9 mm. Specimens of every group were prepared for immediate Pull-out test with a universal testing ma- chine and observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) before and after cyclic loading for 100000 times. RESULTS: The immediate bond strength(N) of RXA, RXU, FUC and FUI group was 277. 500 ± 26. 072, 218. 570 ±12. 366, 104. 300 ±23.112 and 73. 150 ± 8. 187 respectively (between each 2 groups, P 〈 0.05 ). After cyclic loading the bond strength (N) of the 4 groups were 224.450 ± 18. 305 ( vs immediate, P 〈 0.05 ), 212. 150 ± 10. 063 ( vs immediate, P〉0.05) , 176. 625 ± 30. 946 ( vs immediate, P〈0.05 ) and 107. 350 ± 22. 878 ( vs immediate, P 〈 0.05 ) respectively. SEM observation indicated that a more intense bonding interface was achieved in FUI and FUC groups, while a looser one appeared in the other 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Different cements have different effects on the bonding properties of glass fiber posts. Cyclic loading may increase the bonding durability of FUI or FUC with glass fiber posts.
