摘要 根管治疗技术的不断完善,使临床上越来越多的残根残冠得以保存。桩核技术是修复残根残冠的重要手段,在各种材料的桩中,纤维桩树脂核制作简易方便,能够减少患者复诊次数,美学性能优良,且较传统铸造金属桩核更有利于牙体组织保存,故逐渐广泛应用于临床。纤维桩树脂核修复体在口腔内行使功能过程中可能发生疲劳或损坏,影响其远期修复效果和使用寿命,它是多种因素如咀嚼力的方向、
