液体发泡剂在VDC-AN-St共聚物中的溶解度

摘要 研究了液体发泡剂种类、共聚物组成、浸渍温度对发泡剂在偏氯乙烯(VDC)-丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物中溶解度的影响。实验表明,溶解度是溶度参数、极性和共聚物结晶度的函数;温度对溶解度的影响较小,半经验式WR141b=267.9/{0.22「(15.58-δ2)^2-14.62」+0.78ω2^2}-10.6,可较好地用来估算一氟二氯乙烷(R141b)在不同组成的VDC非晶态共聚物中的溶解度。 Solubility of liquid blowing agent in vinylidene chloride (VDC) - acrylonitrile (AN) - styrene(St) terpolymer was determined under the condition of directly immersing the VDC polymer sample into the blowing agent. Effects of types of blowing agent, copolymer composition and immersing temperature on the solubility were studied. The solubility was a function of solubility parameter, polarity and crystallinity of VDC - AN - St terpolymer; temperature had a little effect on the solubility. A semi - empirical equation deduced in this work, WR141b = 267.97{0.22 [ (15.58 - δ2)2 - 14.62] + 0.78ω22} - 10.6, could be used to approximately predict the solubility of monofluo-rodicloroethane (R141b) in amorphous VDC - AN - St terpolymer with different compositions.
