摘要
以偶氨二异丁腈 (AIBN)作引发剂 ,合成了偏氯乙烯 (VDC) /丙烯腈 (AN ) /苯乙烯 (St)三元悬浮共聚树脂。在聚合过程中 ,压力先逐步升高后下降。当悬浮聚合质量投料比为 6 0∶15∶2 5 (VCD/AN /St)时 ,其压力转变点的转化率约为 5 5 %~6 5 %。聚合得到的三元VDC AN St悬浮共聚树脂为球形半透明颗粒 ,重均粒径约为 5 0 .5 6 μm。合成的悬浮液中存在数量较多的微小粒子 ,加入NaNO2 可减少其生成量。
s Vinylidene chloride(VDC)/acrylonitrile(AN)/styrene(St) suspension terpolymer was synthesized with AIBN as initiator.In the suspension polymerization process,the vapor pressure increased gradually and then decreased,and the turning point of pressure located at the conversion of about 55-65% when the feeding ratio was 60∶15∶25(VDC/AN/St).The obtained resin was spherical transparent particle with weight average diameter 50.5μm.A number of fine particles also existed in the suspension product and could be reduced by adding NaNO 2.
