摘要
以往评价水煤气发生炉煤气化工艺的效率仅针对气化炉子系统的气化效率和热效率。然而 ,从能量转换和能源利用的角度来看 ,这显然是不全面的。因为在获取产品煤气的整个工艺过程中 ,投入的不仅是原料煤 ,而且还有生产工艺蒸汽的燃料煤及驱动风机、水泵等所消耗的电能。因此 ,为了能更科学、合理地反映该工艺的煤炭利用效率 ,本文建议采用针对整个气化工艺系统的气化过程总效率作为评价指标。同时 ,利用新、老指标对该工艺进行了初步的分析和评价。
Taking the conversion and utilization of energy into account, the evaluation of coal gasification process with water gas producer using 'coal gas efficiency' and 'heat efficiency',which considers only the gasifier itseif normally in the past, is obviously net all-sided. The reason is that in the whole energy conversion process, the unput of energy consists of net only the feed coal, but also the fuel coal to produce stam and the electric power to drive the air blowe and the water pumps, and so on. Therefoer, the suggesgion,that the whole process dfficiency which takes the entire process into account should be used as the parameter of evaluation,has been given in this paper,to more scientifically and reasonably evaluate the coal utilization efficency of the coal gasification process. Meanwhile, the preliminary efficiency analysis and evaluation of the process have been done using the old and new parameters, respecgively.
