摘要
针对发生炉煤气生产过程中出现的密封性不好、气化过程不稳定等问题,从煤气生产系统的密封方式、煤气浓度监测及加煤系统煤气泄漏治理、煤气发生炉炉体结构、煤气生产控制方法、煤气发生炉蒸汽系统等方面提出了改进措施。运行实践表明,具有良好的安全生产、节能减排、经济方面的效益。
Aimed at the problems such as poor tightness and unstable gasification process occurred during producer gas production, the improvement measures are proposed in terms of sealing mode of gas production system, monitoring of gas concentration, treatment of gas leakage from coal charge system, body structure of gas producer, control method of gas production, steam system of gas producer and so on. The operation practice shows that excellent benefits in terms of safety production, energy saving and emission reduction and economy are obtained.
