摘要
菜籽饼含粗蛋白35~45%,氧基酸组成也接近世界粮农组织推荐值,是一大植物蛋白资源,它的开发利用意义很大。本文对现有菜籽饼脱毒方法进行了较为详细的描述,对其优、缺点做了分析与评价,并且结合我们实验情况认为水浸与微生物降解脱毒法较为理想,有推广价值。
Rape cake contains 35—45% of rough protein, and its amino acid composition approachs FAO recommendatory value. As a great plant protein resources, its exploitage has far-reaching significance. In this paper, the existed detoxication methods of rape cake were depicted in detail, and their advantages and shortcomings were analysed and evaluated. Referring to our experiments, it is considered that the water soak and microbial degradation are more effective than the other detoxication methods.
