医院住院收费窗口常见投诉原因分析及应对策略 被引量:4

摘要 医院住院部收费窗口在某种程度上象征着医院的形象,是患者同医院接触最早的地方,同时它也是产生各种矛盾的集聚地。住院部收费窗口的服务质量,直接影响患者对医院整体满意程度。当医院住院部收费窗口不能满足患者需要时,便会出现一些矛盾,进而出现投诉现象,针对这种现象的出现。通过调查986例找出住院患者,医院住院部收费窗口应该找出自身的薄弱环节,分析并制定出解决措施,从而营造和谐的住院部收费窗口环境。
