摘要
运用文献法、专家咨询法设计原始量表,多次施测修改量表,采用项目分析、探索性因素分析,对量表的信、效度进行检验.结果显示,中职教师职业认同量表包含自我认同、对中职教师身份的认同、对所在中职学校的认同、对中等职教的认同、对教师外部因素的认同5个维度,累计贡献率64.415%,共47项题目;问卷的信度和效度均符合心理测量学的要求,该量表可作为测评中职教师职业认同的工具.
The professional identification scale for teachers in secondary vocational schools is written by using the method of documentary, expert consultation method in the design of the original scale, times of measurement to modify the scale. The validity and reliability of the scale is tested by the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The final scale includes 47 items and five dimensions : self identification, the - cation of teacher role, the identification of the vocational school which you are, the identification of secondary vocational education, the identification of the influence of the others, the contribution rate of accumulative total of the 5 factors is 64. 415%, the reliability and validity showed satisfactory. The Professional Identification Scale for Teacher in Secondary vocational schools can be used as tool to measure the Professional Identi- fication of the teacher.
