摘要
社会竞争激烈导致大学生就业难问题日益凸显,究其原因,大学生自身综合素质欠缺是关键因素。鉴于此,可以通过高校开展的生存体验活动为切入点探析大学生能力培养体系,充分发挥社会的教育功能,促进大学生的社会生存能力、实践能力、交往能力以及抗挫折能力的提升,以期能对丰富高校的培养体系起到积极的借鉴作用。
The fierce social competition causes university students＇ employment to become more and more difficult. It is the lack of overall quality of college students themselves that is the key reason for this. Therefore, this paper takes existence experience activities in colleges as a starting point to discuss college students＇ capacity-building system. We should make full use of educational function of society to promote the enhancement of socially living ability, practical ability and communication skills of college students. Hopefully it will offer positive reference to enrich coUege capacity-building system.
