摘要
目的: 研究胡芦巴的化学成分。方法: 利用硅胶柱、RP-8柱、MCI柱、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定结构。结果: 从胡芦巴乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别为十六烷酸(1)、宝藿苷-Ⅰ(2)、甲基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、2"-O-P-香豆酰牡荆素(4)、异牡荆素(5)、牡荆素(6)、8-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基山奈酚(7)、异荭草素(8)、荭草素(9)、2"-O-P-香豆酰荭草苷(10)、L-色氨酸(11)。结论: 化合物 1~3,7,11 为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Trigonella foenum-graecum. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, RP-8, MCI,SephadexLH-20 and so on.The structures were identified by the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Result: 11 compounds were isolated and identified as palmiticacid (1), baohuosideⅠ (2),methyl-α-D-glucoside(3), vitexin-2"-O-P-coumarate(4), Isovitexin(5), vitexin(6), 8-C-β-D-glucopyranosylkaempferol(7), isoorientin(8), orientin(9), orientin-2"-O-P-coumarate(10), L-Tryptophan(11). Conclusion: The compounds of 1-3,7,11 are isolated from T. foenum-graecum for the first time.
