摘要
用富含CO和N2的燃料模拟高炉煤气在燃气轮机燃烧室中燃烧,从量不守恒关系上考查不同进口空气温度、不同进口燃气温度、不同出口烟气温度情况下燃烧室的损失,研究温度对燃烧室效率的影响.结果表明,提高进口空气温度对燃烧室损失、效率的影响均存在极值点,进口燃气温度对燃烧室损失的影响存在极值点,但效率一直增大,提高出口烟气温度,燃烧室效率始终增大.
The combustion of blast furnace gas (BFG) rich in CO and Nz in the combustor of gas turbine has been simulated. The exergy loss at various intlet temperature of air and fuel and outlet temperature of flue gas has been studied. The simulation results show that with the inlet air temperature increasing, there exsits a maximum for both exergy loss and exergy efficiency. Increasing the inlet fuel temperature results in an extremum of exergy loss, but the exergy efficiency would increase continuously with the temperature increase of inlet fuel and outlet flue gas.
