摘要
科技型小微企业科技资源利用效率高低在很大程度上决定其市场竞争力大小。基于可获得的数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,分析科技型小微企业科技资源利用效率。结果表明,科技型小微企业科技资源利用效率在2006-2011年间有所提高但呈现出不稳定状态。
Technology based small and micro enterprises are the emphasis of the economic development of the countries, re gions and cities in the future, they depend on the market, technology, government, the environment and various kinds of resources, scientific and technological resources are the integral part of them. Their market competition is determined by the utilization coefficient level of the scientific and technological resources to a large extent. This paper uses DEA- Malmquist index, which is based on the available data to analysis the utilization coefficient of scientific and technological resources use of technology-based small and micro enterprises. The result indicates that the utilization coefficient of scien- tific and technological resources use by technology-based small and micro enterprises has been increasing during 2006-2011 while expressing an unstable state.
