摘要
将电力视为一种普通商品,采用效用函数对阶梯电价政策下的居民电力需求量进行了预测,根据居民电力需求量的预测结果及新上网电价政策对供电企业售电量、售电收益、购电量及购电成本进行了预测,并从成本-收益的角度对新电价政策下供电企业的经济效益进行了综合评估。最后根据收集到的数据对西北某省供电企业在新电价政策下的经济效益变动情况进行了实例研究。
Electricity is viewed as a commodity.The utility function is adopted to predict the electricity demand of resident under the tiered pricing for electricity policy.According to the prediction result and new generation price policy to predict the electricity sales quantity,electricity sales revenue,electricity purchase quantity and electricity purchase cost of power supply enterprise.Then a comprehensive evaluation of the economic benefit of the power supply enterprise is conducted under the new tariff policy from the point of cost-benefit.Finally,the economic benefit of a power supply enterprise in northwest China is evaluated according to the data collected.
