摘要 本文阐述了Newman疲劳裂纹闭合模型的基本原理,探讨了实现疲劳裂纹扩展数字仿真的几个实际性问题,并在此基础上编制了仿真软件。利用此系统,在输入了材料基本力学性能、试样尺寸和载荷参量后,可实现对疲劳裂纹闭合力及裂纹扩展速率的预测,同时可直接获得完整的试验曲线。40Cr调质态试样的试验结果表明。 This presented paper is concerned with the principle of fatigue crack closure model developed by J. C. Newman and several practical problems met during the digital simulation investigation. Based on these,a simulation program is developed. After inputting main mechanical properties of the material, the demension of specimen, and loading parameters , this syste m can be used to predict crack closure and crack growth rate under the loading with constant amplitude on 40Cr steel plate. Meamwhile,a complete experiment curve can directly be obtained. The predicted results well agree with experimental data.
