摘要
论文着重强调了公众、社会和工作过程管理的重要性,并且通过设置评价值的等级来提升工作效率.考虑到目前用于评价这些过程方法的局限性和不足,提出了一种新的,更为适用的数学模型用于解决该领域的许多问题.此外它还有更广泛的应用并且能作出最好的管理决定.
The paper accentuates importance of management of public,social,and work processes and rising its efficiency through setting up of a scale for their rating values.Considering limitations of the present methods employed for evaluating these processes,their narrowness and shortcomings,a new,more universal mathematical model is suggested designed for solving many problems of the sphere,has wider scope of application and enables making the best administrative decisions.
