摘要
为了解决钻具泥包问题、提高钻井速度,研制出了快钻剂PF-KZJ。室内实验对快钻剂和其他同类产品进行了对比评价,结果表明,加入自研快钻剂PF-KZJ后,N80钢表面明显向油润湿转换,不易吸附水基钻井液中的钻屑;加入PF-KZJ的钻井液携带的泥包质量少于其他中国产品,但与国外的ULTRAFREE体系相比还是有差距;加入PF-KZJ后,有利于提高机械钻速,降低摩阻;快钻剂PF-KZJ可明显增大初滤失量,而不影响整体造壁性能,对钻井液其他性能不会产生影响。PF-KZJ在渤海油田进行了现场试用。结果表明,在同井段、同地质岩层(泥岩)加入PF-KZJ后,钻速提高14.27%,PF-KZJ能够防止钻具泥包,显著提高现场作业进度。
Getting over drilling balling and improving the rate of penetration always have been the complicated problems.To resolve these problems,the last drilling agent has been made to improve the penetration rate by changing the surface activity of drilling tool.Comparisons between PF-KZJ and other similar agents are introduced.The result shows that the PF-KZJ is able to prevent drilling balling and improve the penetration rate obviously in the lab and oilfield.
