摘要
对预处理之后的燃煤电厂湿法脱硫废水水质进行了分析,提出了可实现脱硫废水零排放的后续蒸发结晶处理工艺;介绍了四种湿法脱硫废水蒸发结晶处理工艺,并进行了优化选择,其中卧式薄膜喷淋/MVC蒸发系统+结晶系统具有能耗低、管内不结垢、可设在线清垢设施等优点,可作为脱硫废水蒸发结晶处理工艺的优选方案。
The water quality of pretreated wastewater from wet FGD in coal-fired power plant was analyzed.The evaporation crystallization treatment process that could achieve zero discharge of wastewater from wet FGD was put forward.Four kinds of evaporation crystallization treatment processes for wastewater from wet FGD were introduced,and they were optimized and selected.The combined process of horizontal film spray,MVC evaporation and crystallization was preferred due to its low energy consumption,no scaling in tubes and online scale cleaning.
