摘要
介绍了某煤化工污水装置接纳上游来水,经过预处理排泥后部分较大的悬浮颗粒随排泥系统排除,还有大部分细小的溶解在水中的白色物质随进水进入到生化系统中,导致微孔曝气管表面结垢,因此经过周密的考虑和详细的讨论计划,初步确定了污水装置的清垢方案。本次采用了盐酸清洗微孔曝气管不同于传统的工艺路线,此方法操作方便,工艺控制简单,消耗的药剂量少,清洗曝气膜过程中可节省一定的开支,同时该方案需根据系统的特点做出调整,一次成功的清洗膜处理,完全可以实现生产设备的长周期安全高效运转;也为污水装置正常运行中有效控制结垢、曝气管损坏打下坚实的基础。
Introduces a coal chemical wastewater device receiving upstream, after pretreatment of, part of larger suspended particles exclude with the sludge removal system, but most small sludge dissolved in water become white substance and into the biochemical system with the water, resulting in microporous aeration pipe surface scaling. Therefore, after careful consideration and detailed discussion, the clear scale scheme of wastewater device was preliminary determined, we use hydrochloric acid cleaning microporous aeration pipe, it is different from the traditional process route, this method has the advantages of convenient operation, process control is simple, less reagent consumption, and clean aeration membrane process can save some money. Meanwhile, the scheme need to adjusted according to the characteristics of the system, a successful cleaning membrane treatment can realize production equipment running safely and efficiently for a long period, it is also laid a solid foundation for control fouling and aeration pipe damage in the normal operation of sewage treatment plant.
