摘要
目的:观察循证护理在肝性胸水辨证施护中的应用效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,对照组给予肝性胸水常规护理,观察组在此基础上通过查阅文献资料,选择最佳护理证据,制定相应的护理计划,给予中医辨证施扩。观察2组患者护理干预前后生理机能、躯体疾病、健康状况、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能等生活质量评价指标的变化情况以及护理满意率。结果:治疗后2组生理机能、躯体疾病、健康状况、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高较对照组明显(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在肝性胸水,临床诊疗中具有较好的应用价值。
Objective： To verify the influence of evidence-based nursing on syndrome differentiation and care for the patients with hepatic hydrothorax. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given with routine care and the observation group corresponding nuringplan established through consulting literature and choosing best nursing evidence, as well as syndrome differentia- tion and care. Satisfactory rate of the nursing and changes of life quality indexes including physiological function, physical disease, health condition, social function, mental health and emotional function were surveyed before and after nursing intervention. Result： The scales of indexes including physiological function, physical disease, health condition, social function, mental health and emotional function were improved in both groups significantly （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was higher than that of the control group notably （P〈0.05）. Total satisfactory rate of the nursing in the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference pre- sented statistical meaning （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing shows better clinical value in the treatment for hepatic hydrothorax.
