摘要
抗战时期晋察冀根据地因各种天灾敌祸所致疾疫流行,给根据地人民群众带来了身心财产的重大损失。根据地党和政府在积极建立各级卫生组织、派遣各种医疗组和卫生防疫队开展疾疫防治工作的同时,还重点开展了对广大军民的宣传与动员,从而有效地预防和控制了各种疾疫的流行,转变了根据地民众的卫生观念,增进了民众对政府和军队普遍的政治认同,为晋察冀根据地的发展壮大做出了重要贡献。
