足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和神经肽Y水平与出生体重的关系研究

Relationship Between Concentration of Umbilical Venous Serum Leptin and Plasma Neuropeptide Y and Birth Weight of Chinese Newborn

摘要 目的 了解中国汉族足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和神经肽 Y(NPY)的正常水平及与出生体重的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法测定正常足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和 NPY 浓度。结果 中国汉族足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素水平为7.15±3.72ng/ml,NPY 水平为112.07±42.36pg/ml;女婴脐静脉血瘦素水平为9.35±3.5lng/ml,NPY 含量为138.29±42.67pg/ml,均明显高于男婴脐静脉血瘦素水平(4.95±2.18ng/ml)和 NPY 水平(85.85±40.39pg/ml);足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和 NPY 水平与出生体重、孕妇分娩前身高体重指数呈显著正相关。结论 胎儿组织及胎盘产生的瘦素和 NPY 可能参与了妊娠期胎儿体重增长的调节。 Objective To provide normal level of umbilical venous serum leptin and plasma neu-ropeptide Y(NPY)of Chinese newborns and to test the hypothesis that cord serum leptin and plasma NPYconcentration correlate with birth weight.Methods Normal Chinese newborns with normal pregnancy werestudied,umbilical venous serum leptin and plasma NPY of all subjects were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA)and birth weight of all newborns were measured at birth.Results The concentration of umbilical ve-nous serum leptin were 7.15±3.72ng/ml and the plasma NPY from cord vein were 112.07±42.36pg/ml.Thelevels of serum leptin and plasma NPY from female fetal cord vein were significant higher than male newbo-rns.There were significant positive correlation between cord venous leptin and NPY concentration and birthweight of newborn and maternal body mass index before delivery.Conclusion Serum leptin and plasma NPYconcentration from fetal umbilical vein is related to birth weight and suggest that fetal and placental leptin andNPY may regulate the fetal weight increasing.
