摘要
目的 验证消瘀接骨散促进骨折愈合的疗效和探讨其治疗机理。方法 选用 40只健康雄性家兔 ,做双侧桡骨中、下 1/ 3人工骨折模型 ,随机分为实验组外敷消瘀接骨散和对照组不敷药 ,术后7天、14天、2 2天和 32天分别处死动物 ,取桡骨标本X线片检查、作生物力学测试和称取骨痂干重。结果 实验组的X线平片显示骨折修复优于对照组 ,而且生物力学性能和骨痂干重均显著高于对照组 (P<0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。
Objective To verify the therapeutic effect of Xiao Yu Jie Gu San (XYJGS) on fracture healing and explore its mechanism.Methods Standard fracture models between midand lower 1/3 of the radius bilaterally were made in 40 male rabbits.They were divided randomly into test and control groups.XYJGS was externally applied only to the test group.On the 7th,14th,22nd,and 32nd days after operation,the animals were sacrificed respectively and the radius specimen were taken,X ray films were taken,biomechanical property tested and the weight of dry callus measured.[HT5”H]Results The X ray films suggested that the fracture healing of test group were better than that of the control’s,while the biomechanical property test and the weight of dry callus of test group were higher significantly than that of control group (P<0 05或P<0 01).Conclusion XYJGS is able to shorten the fracture healing period and improve the fracture healing quality.
