摘要
采用 TCL法对妇康宁胶囊中的徐长卿、牡丹皮进行了定性鉴别，又应用紫外分光光度法测定胶囊中丹皮酚的含量 ,测得其含量为 1.42％（ n=12),RSD=1.66％ (n=4),平均回收率为 100.9％。该分析方法简便、重复性好，具有一定的实用性。
The thin－ layer chromatography(TCL) has been adopted for the quality identification of panicled swallowwort root and moutan bark in Fukangning capsules, and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the content determination of moutan bark phenol in capsules， whose content was 1.42％ (n=12). The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.66％ (n=4) and the average recoveries 100.9％ . These methods were simple and highly reproducible, and had some practicability.
