家禽保险对养殖户疫病防控要素投入的影响研究被引量：41

摘要近年来,高赔付率已经严重影响了养殖保险的发展,投保人的道德风险问题可能是一个重要原因。本研究利用浙江省家禽保险试点地区农户调查数据,分析家禽保险对农户养殖行为的影响,以检验投保户是否存在减少疫病防控要素投入的道德风险行为。从简单相关分析上看,参加与未参加家禽保险的养殖户在疫苗使用数量、养殖场清洁打扫及消毒时间间隔上差异不显著。进一步通过自选择联立方程模型控制家禽保险内生性后,回归分析表明:参加家禽保险对疫病防控要素投入有负向影响,并且统计上显著,说明参加家禽保险养殖户存在减少疫病防控要素投入的道德风险问题。
