摘要
本文研究实现用Ansys Workbench平台建立一种大型铝电解槽槽内、槽外统一的电流场全槽求解有限元模型。重点分析了在Workbench平台下建立铝电解槽电流场模型的边界设置、网格划分、接触面设置的问题。展示在Workbench平台下建立铝电解槽电流场模型与在Ansys传统平台下建立的异同,阐明了Workbench平台下快捷性,可视化优良等重要的特点。
In this paper, using Ansys Workbench platform to build a current field finite element model for the large aluminum reduction cell as a whole is studied, the boundaries setting, meshing, contact surface setting of current field model for the aluminum reduction cell under Workbench platform are emphatically analyzed. Similarities and differences of two kinds of current field models between traditional Ansys platform and Workbench platform are discussed, and some characteristics of the current field model under Workbench platform such as quickness and excellent visualization are presented.
