螺杆泵井合理沉没度的确定及应用

摘要 为协调能耗与产量关系,充分发挥螺杆泵潜能,结合萨南开发区介质特性及生产参数,计算并绘制进出口压差与容积效率关系曲线,同时统计并绘制进出口压差与系统效率关系曲线,确定进出口压差的界限,计算螺杆泵井合理沉没度范围,统计螺杆泵井实际泵效、吨液耗电及系统效率与沉没度关系。对比理论计算与统计结果,确定合理沉没度范围。截止到目前,应用该研究成果,沉没度位于合理范围的比例由39.8%提高到58.2%,使螺杆泵井供排关系更加趋于合理,取得了较好效果。 In order to coordinate energy consumption and production and release the potential of screw pump, the media properties and production parameters of Sanan developed area are used to calculate and draw the relation curves of the pressure difference between entry and exit and volu- metric efficiency, meanwhile, count and draw the relation curves of the pressure difference between entry and exit and system efficiency, determine the boundaries of the pressure difference between entry and exit, calculate the reasonable submergence depth range of the screw pump and count the relation of actual pump efficiency, per ton consumption of liquid and system efficiency with submergence depth of screw pump. By comparing the theoretical calculations and statistics results, reasonable submergence depth range is determined. Up to now, by applying the research results, the percent of submergence depth in reasonable range enhances from 39.8 % to 58.2 %, which leads to a more reasonable supply and discharge rela- tionship of screw pump wells and achieves better results.
