摘要
螺杆泵驱动器因使用时间长而经常出现密封泄漏,造成环境污染。通过统计当前螺杆泵驱动器的类型,分析其密封泄漏原因,研制了螺杆泵复合密封装置。该装置具有2个特点:①使用内流机械密封,并将单密封改为双密封,提高了密封性能;②密封装置与驱动器分开安装,操作简便,维修效率高。在冀东油田陆上作业区使用后,有效地延长了驱动器的使用寿命,解决了渗漏问题。
Sealing leak caused the pollution problem often occurs after aging in screw pump drives,seriously effecting the environment.Based on the statistical characteristics of screw pump drives current,its sealing leakage reason is analyzed,the composite sealing device is developed.The device has the following characteristics：1.using the inner mechanical seal structure and changing the single seal to double seal to strengthens the sealing;2.The sealing device separated from the driver installation for being easy operation and maintenance of high efficiency.In Jidong Oilfield after working in the land use,the working life is effectively extended,as the leakage problem is solved.
