摘要
从重庆地区 1999年自然发病鸭中分离的 38株鸭疫里氏杆菌属于 2个不同血清型 ,人工感染 14日龄雏鸭均在 12 0小时内致死全部试验鸭 ,并出现典型鸭传染性浆膜炎病理变化。SDS_PAGE结果表明分离菌株血清型不同 ,外膜蛋白存在差异。
A total of 38 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer (RA) were isolated and characterized from clinically diseased ducklings in Chong qing in the year of 1999.During 120 hours post inoculation of these 38 isolations,all the 14 days old ducklings were dead with classical lession of the infections serositis.These 38 strains were serotyped into RC1 and RC2 by the plate agglutination test and agar immunodiffusion test.The differences of the outer membrance protein between serotype RC1 and RC2 had been discovered with SDS_PAGE.
