西欧刺猬(Erinaceus europaeus)皮下肌肉发育的组织学观察

STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT OF SUBCUTANEOUS MUSCLES IN WESTERN EUROPEAN HEDGEHOG( Erinaceus europaeus)

摘要 西欧刺猬进化出非常独特的防御系统,背部长满了长约2cm坚硬锐利的棘刺。刺猬收缩棘刺竖立时相邻的棘刺伸向不同的方向,这种防御结构被皮下肌肉系统所控制。研究结果显示西欧刺猬出生后23d左右肌肉具有收缩功能。胚胎皮下肌肉的发育结果表明,18—20d以前背部皮肤未见明显的肌肉组织,22—25d背部开始形成肌肉层,腹部皮下肌肉仍未发育;30~35d胚胎背部真皮层中的肌肉增大变厚,棘刺毛囊深入到肌肉层中,此时腹部也开始出现肌肉;40—45d胚胎,背部皮下肌肉继续增厚。与其独特的防御机制相适应,成年刺猬背部皮下肌肉层非常发达,厚度显著高于腹部。 Western European hedgehog evolved very unique defense system, the back covered with a length of about 2cm hard, sharp spines, the body curled up into a thorn spherical and adjacent spines stand out of different direction when they eneotmtered natural ene- mies and dangerous, it indicate its defense system is control by subcutaneous muscles. The results showed that Western Europe hedge- hog have the shrinking function after post - birth 23 days imply its subcutaneous muscles development mature. Embryonic subcutaneous muscular development results show that back skin not seen obvious muscle tissue E22 days ago, 22 to 25 days begin to form muscle lay- er, abdominal subcutaneous muscles is still not development; The embryonic back muscle increased thickening in 30 to 35 days, spine follicles go deep into the subcutaneous muscle layer, the abdominal muscles are beginning to form, and 45 -50 days embryo, back subcutaneous muscle continue to thickening. And its unique defense mechanism to adapt, adult hedgehog back subcutaneous muscle layer is very developed, significantly higher than the thickness of the abdomen.
