摘要
观察了6只刺猬,在人工低温冬眠过程中体温、心率和呼吸频率的变化及缺氧的影响。在0~4℃单纯低温环境中,刺猬经21~34h入眠。在冬眠状态下体温由对照的33.9±0.5℃降低至6.6±3.2℃;心率由对照的233.0±25.4次/min减少到38.5±25.5次/min;呼吸频率由33.4±6.1次/min减少到26.2±17.1次/min。在低温缺氧条件下体温、心率初期大幅度降低,经51~66h刺激入冬眠。实验结果表明,单纯低温冬眠和低温缺氧复合作用下冬眠刺猬的体温、心率等生理变化有差别;缺氧使刺猬进入冬眠时间延长,使冬眠状态变浅。
Changes of body temperature(Tb) , heart rate(HR) and respiratory frequency(RF) were observed
in 6 hedgehogs during hibernation and the hypoxic hybr-nation under 0~4℃, the hedgehogs
entered winter sleep in 21~34 hours。 Average Tb was 6±3.2℃’,HR 38.5±25. 5b/min and
RF 26.2±17. 1b/min in the state of hibernation。 Under conditions of low temperature and
hypoxia , the curves of Tb , HR and RF moved leftward and the time of entering winter-sleep
state was delayed to 51~66 hours, The degree of hibernation became slighter : Tb , HR and
RF were l 2.3±4.8℃,77.0±35.7b/min or 48.5±22. 6b/min respectively。
