摘要
我国的农业用水效率较低,为了解决16亿人口粮食安全、改善生态环境和满足工农业发展用水的需要,必须做好提高农业用水效率的几项重点工作.本文对实现农业用水效率的工作目标和主要技术途径进行了论述和分析.
Water-using for agriculture in our country is noneffectine. In order to resolne the problems of food safety for one billion and six hundred million Chinese popucation and the amelioration of ecosystem enviraon-ment and to meet the needs of the increasing water-using in the development of industry and agriculture, we must do a better job to improve the efficiency of water-using for agriculture.It carries out the goal of the efficiency of water-using for agricnlture and the main technological approaches are being discussed and analysed in this paper.
