Analysis of the Nutritional Compontents of Benincasa hispida Seed and Study on the Antibacterial Activity of Benincasa hispida Seed Extracts

摘要 本文采用仪器分析方法测定了冬瓜子的营养成分,并首次对冬瓜子提取物进行抑菌活性实验。结果显示冬瓜子中检测到16种氨基酸,其中7种为人体所必需的氨基酸。脂肪酸中主要成分为亚油酸。无机元素富含钾、钙、镁、铁。冬瓜子提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌具有明显的抑菌作用,且醇提物抑菌效果优于水提物。 . The main nutritional componnents of Benincasa hispida seed were determined with instrumen tal analysis method and the antibacterial activity of its extracts was investigated. The results showed that 16 kinds of amino acids were determined , among which 8 kinds were essential amino acids. The main com pontent of the fatty acids was linoleic acid. B. hispida seed was rich of many kinds of inorganic elements such as K, Ga, Mg, Fe. B. hispida seed extracts were bacteriostatic to Staphylococcus aureus and Es cherichiacoli, and the methanol extract is superior to the aqueous extract.
