摘要
新医改背景下,公立医院需要提高药品的运营效率、控制成本。本文通过样本医院的实例分析,探讨如何利用项目管理来降低药品周转天数,对公立医院如何提高整体运营效率有一定的借鉴意义。
Public hospitals need to improve drugs operational efficiency and control costs under the new health reform. This paper will take a large public hospital as an example and explore how to use project management to reduce drug turnover days. And this experiences will be useful for public hospitals to improve the overall operational efficiency.
