摘要
目的 探讨钼靶X线技术联合CT扫描在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取2012年11月～2013年8月本院收治的56例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,术前所有患者均进行钼靶X线、CT扫描检查,对比术前诊断结果与术后病理学结果.结果 钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌47例,与病理学诊断符合率为83.9％.钼靶X线特点,星芒状边缘的肿块阴影41例,乳腺结构紊乱、浸润阴影11例,肿块内有钙化47例;伴有导管增粗5例,异常血管阴影9例,厚皮症8例,乳头内陷2例,同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大6例.CT扫描诊断乳腺癌52例,与病理学诊断符合率为92.8％.CT扫描主要表现为高密度肿块阴影,边缘毛刺,肿块伴沙粒状钙化44例,肿块不伴有钙化12例;肿块与皮肤或深层肌肉粘连,厚皮症8例,乳头内陷2例,同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大11例,5例增强扫描,病灶CT值明显升高.两种方法联合检查准确率为98.2％.结论 钼靶X线技术联合CT扫描可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确率,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore application value of molybdenum target X-ray combined with CT scanning in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 56 cases of breast cancer in our hospital from November 2012 to August 2013 as the research object,before operation,all cases were with molybdenum target X-ray, CT scan examination ,preoperative diagnosis and postoperative pathology. Results 56 cases of patients with molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis of breast cancer in 47 cases, and the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate 83.9%. Molybdenum target X-ray characteristics, 41 cases of mass shadow stellate shaped edge,disorder,breast structure infiltration shadow in 11 cases,mass with calcification in 47 cases;with ductal dilatation in 5 cases,9 cases of abnormal vascular shadow, 8 cases of skin disease, nipple retraction in 2 cases,ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes in 6 cases. 56 cases of 52 patients with CT scanning in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate 92.8%. CT scans showed a high density mass shadow, the edge burr,mass with sand like calcification in 44 cases, 12 cases of mass without calcification ;mass and skin or deep muscle adhesion, 8 cases of skin thickening,nipple retraction in 2 cases,ipsilatcral axillary lymph nodes in 11 cases, 5 cases with enhanced scan lesions,CT values increased. Two methods of joint inspection accuracy 98.2%. Conclusion The molybdenum target X-ray and CT scan can improve the accuracy rate of breast cancer, suitable for clinical application.
