分析目前中药饮片在种植、采收、炮制、标准制定、检测、价格、包装、科技支撑、贮存保管方面存在影响中药饮片质量的主要因素。医院中药饮片质量问题堪忧,严重影响医疗质量安全。建议国家实施中药饮片分级管理和全流程监控,保证中药饮片的质量,保障临床用药安全、有效。
By analysis the current Chinese medicine yinpian in planting,harvesting,processing,standards,testing,price, packaging,technology support,storage custody are the main factors influencing the quality of Chinese medicine yinpian. Hospitals Chinese medicine yinpian quality problem seriously affect the medical quality and safety.Suggested that the national Chinese medicine yinpian grading management and whole process monitoring,ensure the quality of Chinese medicine yinpian,effective to protect the safety of clinical medication.
