摘要
当前患者在使用中药的问题上存在不少误区,形成了用药的安全隐患。影响中药安全有效的因素可概括为药物因素、医学因素和社会因素。主要表现在:盲信中药无毒副作用或过分顾虑中药的毒性作用等。政府及相关部门应加强有效的管理,以保证中药临床应用的安全性。加强中药应用安全的管理具有十分重要和紧迫的意义。
There are many errors for patients using traditional Chinese medicine, which cause potential safety problems. The factors that effect on safety and validity of traditional Chinese medicine include drug factor, medical science factor and social factor. The main expression is to blindly trust that traditional Chinese medicine is less adverse effects or over-consider adverse effects of traditional Chinese medicine. The government or relevant departments should reinforce effective management to ensure the safety of traditional Chinese medicine during clinical use. There is an important and urgent significance to reinforce the safety management of traditional Chinese medicine.
