摘要
应用组织培养和快速繁殖技术对大花蕙兰开展了茎尖培养、试管苗微繁和成苗培育的研究 ,结果表明 ,有利于原球茎增殖的培养基为MS +6BA1 .0mg/l+NAA0 .5mg/l+2 %~ 3%蔗糖 ;有利于原球茎分化的培养基为MS +6BA0 .4mg/l+NAA0 .2mg/l+2 %~ 3%蔗糖。四年生以上试管苗可以开花 ,为其大规模工厂化育苗提供了科学的依据。
Tissue culture and rapid propagation of meristem culture,test-tube plantlets reproduce and plantlets cultivate from Cymbidium grandiflorium were studied.The results showed that the multiplication of adventitions proctocorms was best on MS medium with the addition of BA 1.0mg/l,NAA 0.5mg/l and 2%~3% sucrose.The differentitation of adventitions proctocorms was best on MS medium with the addition of BA 0.4mg/l,NAA 0.2mg/l and 2%~3% sucrose.Test-tube plantlets over four years old could be flower.This provided scientific basis for large-scale industrilaization of propagation.
