摘要
为探讨检测患者血清中特异 Ig G4对脑囊虫病诊断和疗效考核的价值 ,应用金标抗人 Ig G4单抗浸测试验检测患者血清特异 Ig G4。结果检测疗前组脑囊虫病患者 91例 ,特异 Ig G4阳性者 84例 ,阳性率 92 .3% ;同时检测其它寄生虫病 2 7例、中枢神经系统疾病 16例和健康对照 2 5例 ,除 1例肝包虫病病人血清出现弱交叉反应外 ,其它均为阴性 ;检测经抗囊药物不同疗程治疗的脑囊虫病患者血清 ,发现随着疗程的增加 ,临床症状的好转 ,患者血清特异 Ig G4明显降低或消失。表明检测患者血清特异 Ig G4对脑囊虫病的诊断和疗效考核具有较好的应用价值。
To assess the value of testing the specific IgG4 in sera for diagnosis and treatment efficiency evaluation of cerebral cysticercosis, gold labeled anti human IgG4 McAb was used to test the specific IgG4 in patients sera by dip test. The results showed that among 91 cases of pre treated patients with cerebral cysticercosis, 84 demonstrated positive of the specific IgG4 with the positive rate of 92.3%, among 27 cases of patients with other parasitic diseases, 16 cases with other central nervous disorder and 25 health controls, only one serum of patients with hepatic echincoccosis showed a weak cross reaction, while others were all negative. The positive rate of specific IgG4 in sera lowered with progressing treatment and improvement of patients clinical symptom. It is concluded that the method has a good applying value in the diagnosis and treatment efficiency evaluation of cerebral cysticercosis.
