摘要
目的:探讨透明质酸注射隆鼻的临床效果。方法:选取2010年3月～2012年9月间来我院进行透明质酸注射隆鼻患者97例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用透明质酸注射隆鼻,对照组患者采用固体硅胶隆鼻,观察两组患者的临床效果、疗效保持时间以及并发症发生情况。结果:术后两组对鼻外形和鼻高的满意度均较高(P>0.05),两组患者半年、1年及2年后对隆鼻效果维持情况的满意度均有所下降(P<0.05),但两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者术后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸注射隆鼻安全有效、方便且能维持较长时间,适合临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty. Methods March 2010 to September 2012 to our hospital between hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty patients 97 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty, the control group of patients using solid silicone rhinoplasty, the clinical effects were observed, efficacy and complications were holding time. Results After two nose-to-nose shape and high satisfaction were higher （P〉0.05）, two groups of patients for six months, one year and two years after rhinoplasty effect sustainment satisfaction are decreased （P〈0.05）,but no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）,the observation group postoperative incidence of adverse reactions than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty safe, effective, convenient and can last longer, suitable for clinical use.
