摘要
目的探讨国产注射用透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)用于歪鼻畸形矫正的有效性。方法回顾性整理我科2012年8月至2013年1月采用国产HA注射矫正先天/后天性歪鼻畸形11例病例,分析术后即刻、术后1、4、12周对患者满意度及注射并发症进行记录。结果术毕即刻患者满意度评分为3.36,术后1周满意度上升到4.00左右,术后4、12周评分分别为4.27、4.18。注射操作相关并发症疼痛(10例)、肿胀(9例)、淤青(7例)三项的发生率最高,均在注射后1～2周内自行缓解。随访期间未发现其他严重并发症。结论国产HA注射矫正歪鼻畸形效果确切,可作为手术矫正歪鼻畸形的替代手段,但长期效果及安全性有待进一步观察。
Objective To explore the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate gel injection aiming at nasal deformity correction. Methods From August 2012 to January 2013, domestic sodium hyaluronate gel injection was used to correct congenital/acquired nose deformity in 11 cases. Instantly postoperative, and in 1, 4, and 12 weeks postoperative patient satisfaction and injection complications were recorded. Results The instant patient satisfaction score rated the lowest as 3.36, and postoperative satisfaction score in 1, 4 and 12 weeks rose to 4.00, 4.27, and 4.18, respectively. Injection-related complications such as pain （10/11）, swelling （9/11）, and bruise （7/11） were the most common, and relieved spontaneously in 1 to 2 weeks after injection. No serious complication was discovered during the follow-up. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel injection is a reliable strategy to correct congenital/acquired nose deformity as an alternative of surgery, but the long-term efficacy and safety need further observation.
