自体疣植入治疗扁平疣患儿血清TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-4水平检侧 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨自体疣植入治疗扁平疣患儿的免疫机制。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测自体疣植入治疗的扁平疣患儿治疗前、1周痊愈者及3月痊愈者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-4水平。结果:1周痊愈患儿较3月痊愈患儿TNF-α水平高,t=2.14,P<0.05;3月痊愈患儿与对照组比较IFN-γ、IL-4水平反转;1周痊愈患儿与对照组比较IFN-γ、IL-4水平一致。差异均有统计学意义。结论:自体疣植入通过刺激机体免疫防御及细胞免疫功能治疗儿童扁平疣,TNF-α可能在1周痊愈患儿中其重要作用。 Objective To explore the immune mechanism on Autoimplantation Technique in the Treatment of Verruca Plana Children. Methods The serum levels of TNF-α、IFN-γandIL-4 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before treatment, after one week and three months of Autoimplantation Technique. Results The TNF-α level of one week cured children was increased significantly than three months cured children,t=2.14,P〈0.05.The three months cured children compared with control group IFN-γ,IL-4levels were inversion,one week recovery compared with control group IFN-γ, IL-4 levels were consistent.Differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The Verruca Plana Child was treated by stimulating the body's immune defense and cellular immune function of Autoimplantation.TNF-α may have an important role in one-week recovery of Verruca Plana Children.
